| 摘 要： | 1 引言分布式多媒体监控系统是一个集多媒体信息的综合性、计算机的交互性、通信的分布性和监控的实时性等技术于一体的综合系统,能实时地把多个被监控对象的多媒体信息同时传输给位于不同地点的多个监控者,同时身处异地的各个监控者也可主动地控制被监控对象获取所需的多媒体信息,可广泛应用于工业生产、交通、公安、银行和智能办公大楼。

| Abstract: | Considering characters and requirements of the Cluster Surveillance and Control System, the network topology structure of the system is presented and the hiberarchy model of QoS management is studied. Based on the CORBA technology, an effective resources management and quality guarantee system is completed. It is used for managing resources in each point of the system and ensuring the quality of services. |
