| 摘 要： | 为了达到监控系统视频的实时性和流畅性要求,针对现有拥塞控制算法对实时视频流控制的不足,提出了一种新的基于RTCP反馈的拥塞控制算法。该算法通过客户端反馈的RTCP包得到关键参数,估计回环时间和丢包率,预测网络带宽,进而调整服务器端视频流的编码码率。实验证明,该算法能根据网络状况动态调整实时视频流的编码码率,使客户端观察到实时流畅的画面。
