导师团队的研究生培养模式

摘    要:推行导师团队模式是新时期研究生培养的客观需求,在计算机学科领域表现得尤为突出。导师团队模式是提高研究生培养质量的源泉,是进行导师学术交流的纽带,还是实现学科交叉的有效途径。导师团队模式的成功实施需要一定的保障性措施,包括建立完善的梯队结构,定期举行学术交流活动,健全管理制度和考核奖励机制,还要科学处理学术分歧。本文对这一模式进行了详细的阐述。
