On Network Awareness in Computer Networking Teaching and Personnel Training

Rapid development of communication technology puts forwards new demands in teaching computer networking courses of higher education. In recent years, many colleges and universities have done a lot to explore, reform and practice teaching of computer networking courses, and achieved a more remarkable achievement, but there are still some problems. In idea of current socio-economic development required talent foster needs of service-oriented network talents, network awareness has an important role in many aspects of teaching computer networking and personnel training. The key to network awareness in teaching computer networking is to grasp the relationship between the logical network and the physical network, to achieve the unity of the theory network and the actual network.
