| Abstract: | In view of the existing bottleneck problem of restricting our software outsourcing industry development for the shortage of professional resources outsourcing personnel,Author analyzes the reason for the manpower shortage,and puts forward the software outsourcing personnel training model of the software engineering speciality in universities by school-enterprise cooperation and the enterprise training mode. |
