| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力的培养是研究生教育的核心所在。本文结合计算机科学与技术专业研究生培养的特点,探索研究生创新能力培养模式,着重讨论培养计划、课堂教学、专题研讨、企业实践以及研究生导师队伍建设等环节的特点和实践策略,介绍研究生创新能力培养模式的经验和方法。

| Abstract: | It is one of key educational issues to develop the innovation ability of postgraduates education.This article analyzes the characteristics of postgraduate education for students majored in computer science and technology and investigates the development pattern of innovation ability.Especially this paper introduces some important factors to make the postgraduate program successful,including the education plan,theoretical lectures,seminars,enterprise practice,and advisor team.Both theoretical research and practical attempts are carried out in the university. |
