基于虚拟仪器技术的自动化航材库串行通信

摘    要:在自动化航材库系统中,以松下FPO系列可编程序控制器为控制系统硬件核心.利用虚拟仪器技术(LabVlEW)实现上位机与PLC的串行通信,通过设计美观而又易于操作的界面,并鲒合数据库可以方便的对该系统进行控制与管理。并将各个关键接点和计数器运行状态录入数据库,为故障诊断提供依据。应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定,明显降低了故障率,具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:This paper gives a simple analysis serial communication system between PLC and PC based on virtual instrumental technology.According to artistic operating interface,the auto-warehouse can be controled easily,the whole PLC control system can be monitored by means of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis platform,including the conditions of sensors and executives,the condition information of PLC.
