摘    要:以铸造、热处理中应用最典型的加热设备加热炉为研究对象,建立其数学模型。针对加热炉本身的时滞特性导致系统控制困难这一问题,设计了一种控制系统结构,给出了相应的控制器控制算法设计步骤。将该文方法和传统Smith算法相对比,通过仿真表明,该文控制算法的控制效果明显优于传统的Smith控制;在0~400℃温度变化范围内,加热炉温度系统的测量误差为-0.3~0.3℃。采用该文控制器算法有效提高系统控制精度,可以有效地提高材料的加工质量,具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:Taking the heating furnace,the most typical heating equipment used in casting and heat treatment,as the research object,the mathematical model is established. Aiming at the problem that the time-delay characteristic of heating furnace makes the system control difficult,a control system structure is designed,and the corresponding control algorithm design steps are given. Compared with the traditional Smith algorithm,the simulation results show that the control effect of this algorithm is better than that of the traditional Smith control. In the temperature range of 0~400 ℃,the measurement error of the heating furnace temperature system is-0.3 ~0.3 ℃. The controller algorithm in this paper can effectively improve the control accuracy of the system,can effectively improve the processing quality of materials,and has a certain application value.
