| 摘 要： | 系统分析和系统设计是管理信息系统（MIS）建设的关键步骤，采用优秀的计算机辅助软件工程（CASE）工具来支持系统分析和系统设计能提高工作效率。本文结合苏建公司的实例给出将结构化方法与PowerDesigner相结合进行系统分析和系统设计的实用框架。
