| 摘 要： | 本文根据现代软件工程的观点,针对目前多数市级气象台业务中有关气象地面填图工作的需求进行分析与设计,定义了小图报填图系统所需要完成的工作,以及一些相应的要求,利用VC 的MFC库6.0实现了这些功能.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the demand of the Surface Plotting work in many City meteorological observatories, this paper defines the functions and operation environment of the Meteorologic Surface Plotting System in the viewpoint of Modern software engineering. These functions are realized with MFC Library 6.0 of VC . |
