| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了以DSP为核心搭建的扫描探针显微镜（SPM）的硬件基础,进而利用DSP代替模拟PID控制器的常规电子线路,并采用相应PID软件程序的控制,从而实现了针对于SPM系统的数字PID控制方案。该控制方案使得SPM在扫描过程中可以通过自定义算法来进行信号控制和调节,从而克服了以往模拟量PID控制系统灵活性差、不易维护和升级等缺陷。

| Abstract: | In this paper,First we introduce the hardware of a new SPM system with the core of DSP,then program the DSP to be a digital PID controller instead of the analog PID controller for previous SPM, hence realize the digital PID control solution for SPM system. This control solution ensure that the SPM adjust and control the signal by user - defined arithmetic, Consequently avoid the shortcomings of the previous SPM with analog PID controller such as difficulty in upgrading, difficulty in maintenance and so on. |
