智能IC卡燃气预付费计算机管理系统

针对传统机械燃气表已不能满足当今燃气事业的发展需要这一情况，开发设计了智能型IC卡燃气预付费计算机管理系统，选用客户机／服务器网络结构模式，以IC卡为信息栽体，采用“先付费，后用气”的管理方式，用以单片机为核心的IC卡燃气表实现用户智能用气，成功地解决了传统机械燃气表与当今快速发展的燃气事业之间日益突出的矛盾，同时也消除了传统机械表所带来的诸多弊端。在文章中详细介绍了智能型IC卡燃气预付费计算机管理系统的结构组成、硬件配置、软件设计、IC卡燃气表以及IC卡等相关内容。通过应用实践表明，该系统能够较好的实现目前燃气行业所提出的燃气收费管理功能，给用户和物业管理部门带来了方便。

The Intelligent IC Card Gas Precharging Computer Management System

This paper represented the principle of intelligent IC card gas precharging computer management system, which is used to meet the requirement of modern gas industry,The system adopts a Client/Server network architecture, using IC card as information carrier and IC card gas--meter as terminal end, implementing gas precharging schema and intelligent management. The system resolves the mismatching of traditional mechanical gas meter and modem gas industry, increasing the efficiency of gas using management. The content of the paper including system composition and structure, handware configuration, software designing, IC card gas meter and IC card,etc. Application of the system indicates that the system can preferably meet the requirement of modern gas charging management, and bring great convenience to family users and property management department.
