| 摘 要： | 提出了基于BP神经网络的车牌自动定位方法。实验表明，由此建立的车牌自动定位模型适角于各类机动车辆，总定位率为99．5%，达到了业务使用的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a license plate automatic locating algorithm based on back propagation artificial neural network. The experiment shows that a license plate automatic locating model based on the algorithm is applicable in motor vehicles of all kinds, and its locating precision rate achieves 99.5%, and it achieves practical requirements. |
