| 摘 要： | 随着数据库系统在办公信息化中的广泛应用，如何利用已有的Excel原始数据已成为一个棘手问题。本文就此讨论Excel表格与数据库之间的数据转换，特别是复杂电子表格的数据转换，并且用Borland Delplli 6．0结合VBA给出了简单的实例演示。
