一种优化的分拣机包件位置修正系统设计

随着现代物流事业快速发展,传统人工分拣作业方式已不能满足现代物流分拣的需求。作为物流自动化核心产品的包件分拣机,在中国邮政乃至整个国内物流行业中占据重要地位。在包件分拣系统中,准确的上件位置影响到整个包件分拣系统的效率和性能。为了满足快递业的快速、高效分拣,提出一种优化的分拣机包件位置修正系统设计,很好地解决了包件上件不准的问题。该设计完善了包件分拣机技术,对节省劳动力、提高效率、减少错误率等方面都有着重要的意义。

AN OPTIMIZED DESIGN OF THE POSITION CORRECTION SYSTEM FOR THE SORTING MACHINE

With the rapid development of modern logistics, the traditional artificial sorting method cannot meet the needs of modern logistics sorting. As the core product of logistics automation, the package sorting machine plays an important role in China Post and even the whole domestic logistics industry. In the package sorting system, the accuracy of the position of the package affects the efficiency and performance of the whole package sorting system. In order to satisfy the fast and efficient sorting of express delivery industry, this paper presented an optimized design of the position correction system for the sorting machine, which solved the problem of the inaccuracy of the supply package very well. The design improves the technology of package sorting machine, which is very important for saving labor, improving efficiency, and reducing error rate.
