| 摘 要： | 首先描述了国内外知识管理系统目前的发展情况和所面临的问题,进而针对行业企业单位的特点提出了知识的智能化采集、组织、推送和管理解决方案。除了保持传统分布式文件管理架构外,还基于专业的中文分词系统、分布式异构数据采集和整合工具,融合本地机和互联网等多数据源,通过多维度标签云和知识地图门户主动推送有效知识。最后,尝试构建按需供应云服务模式使知识共建和分享成为可能。
