摘    要:介绍了基于二次模板匹配的数字图像处理技术在实时检测防松垫片安装过程中的应用.在生产现场采用CCD摄像机和台式电脑,对采集的图像进行预处理、一次模板匹配、图像调整,再次模板匹配的方法,成功地屏蔽了工厂复杂环境的不良影响,实现了对防松垫片手工安装质量的自动检测.实验证明,该系统有很高的实用性和高效性.

Abstract:This paper introduces digital image processing technology based on twice template matching which is applied in real-time inspection of lock washer mounting procedure.The image is captured by CCD camera and a PC carries out image pre-procession,1st template matching,image rotation,2nd template matching and judging.This system achieves the automated inspection of the mounting procedure quality control and successfully avoids the influence brought by the factory's complicated environment.The experiments have proved this system is practical and efficient.
