中国医药卫生科学数据共享实践

结合中国医药卫生科学数据共享工程实践，重点介绍医药卫生科学数据共享需求分析，资源规划，标准与规范的制定，医药卫生科学数据网、医药卫生科学数据中心和共享网地方节点建设。目前，已经建立了医药卫生科学数据管理与共享服务网；建立了基础医学、临床医学、公共卫生、中医药学、药学科学数据中心；在地方节点建设方面，以湖南省为试点建立共享网省级节点，以北京老年病医院为试点建立城市老年医疗保健服务体系和数据共享机制，以河北省张家口地区为试点建立地区、县、乡镇医药卫生科学数据网的节点。

MEDICAL SCIENCE DATA SHARING PRACTICE IN CHINA

The needs analysis of medical science data sharing, resource planning, standards and norms developing, medical science data network construction,medical science data center construction,and local nodes construction are emphatically introduced combining with the practic in data sharing project of national medical science. Up to date,the service network of medical science data management and sharing have been established; meanwhile basic medicine, clinical medicine, public health, Traditional Chinese medicine and pharmaceutical science data center also have been established; taking Hunan province as the experimental point of local nodes construction,provincial nodes of sharing network have been established,taking Beijing Geriatrics hospital as the the experimental point,the service system of medical care and the mechanism of data sharing for the urban elderly have been established,taking Zhangjiakou, Hebei province as experimental point,prefecture, county and town nodes of medical science data network have been established.
