| 摘 要： | 信息集成是建立虚拟企业的基础，本文分析，比较了现有的几种集成方案，论述了基于XML进行信息集成的优势，提出了一个集Web,XML,SOAP技术为核心的异构和分布的虚拟企业信息集成框架。
