基于Pro/E Custom Load的运动控制仿真研究

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术,提出一种新的运动控制仿真的方法。利用Pro/Engineer的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,开发一个Pro/Mechanism模块中的Custom Load(定制负荷)插件,在插件中实现具体的控制算法,并利用插件在Pro/Mechanism中对虚拟样机进行机构运动仿真,从而在虚拟样机上实现控制算法的仿真。详细阐述其实现过程,并给出一个采用这种方法进行衍射光栅刻划机精密定位控制算法仿真的应用实例。

STUDY ON MOTION CONTROL SIMULATION BASED ON PRO/E CUSTOM LOAD

Abstract:A new simulation method for motion control based on virtual prototype technology is proposed.A Custom Load plug-in of Pro/Mechanism is developed by using secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit of Pro/Engineer.The control algorithm is implemented in the plug-in.The control algorithm is simulated on virtual prototype according to using the plug-in to simulate mechanism motion on Pro/Mechanism.In this paper,the implementation process of this method is described in detail.At the end,an application that uses this method to simulate the control algorithm of the precision positioning of a diffraction grating ruling engine is provided.
