| 摘 要： | 农业资源信息管理系统对农业资源的有效利用与农村经济的快速发展有着深远的影响。本平台是结合3S技术、Web Service及其扩展技术、大型空间数据库技术、组件技术和.Net技术,基于SOA（Service Oriented Architecture）构建农业资源信息数据共享和服务平台,实现对农业资源数据的高效管理、科学分析和辅助决策。平台采用全开放的架构,不同层次,不同应用的业务系统可以通过平台所提供的服务纳入平台体系。介绍了平台的总体结构、功能设计、数据库设计以及平台在设计和开发过程中的创新点。

| Abstract: | Agriculture resource information management system takes a good effect on agriculture resource utilization and rural economic development.The SOA based Agriculture Resource Data Management and Share platform in this article built with 3S,web service,spatial database,components and .Net technology,can be used to manage and analyze agriculture data effectively and also make agricultural decision of the county.Systems at different administrative levels and in different fields could be connected to the platform through the platform's components and service interfaces.The platform structure,function,database design and innovations in the process of platform design and development are also introduced. |
