“航天清华一号”微小卫星数据质量评价

摘    要:“航天清华一号”(“HT-1”)填补了我国微小卫星遥感领域的空白,对“HT-1”图像的噪声,地面分辨率,灰度分布与波段相关性,波段间配准误差、图像的几何精度及其初步应用等进行了中肯的分析与评价,结果表明,“HT-1”图像噪声明显,地面分辨率达到了设计的40m的要求,波段间像元错位严重,但图像灰度分布范围较宽,波段相关性较小,信息量丰富,几何精度较高,能应用于国土资源调查,环境监测等领域。

Abstract:HT-1"filled the blank field of Micro-Satellite remote sensing . In this paper, the important indexes of "HT-1" image quality such as noise, image resolving, histogram distribution, the relativity and register error of each band, geometric precision and potential application were pertinently analyzed and evaluated. The result shows that the image of"HT-1"has much information and noise which can be removed by median filter. The same site on the image of each band is mis-located but it can be corrected. The size of image resolving is 40 meters which are amount to the design objection. The range of histogram distribution is wider and the relativity of each band is lower than that of TM's image. The image of "HT-1" has high geometric precision which can be applied in land resource investigation, natural disaster and environment supervising etc.
