洪水灾害快速反应遥感监测系统

摘    要:洪水灾害危害严重,因其具有突发性,故快速地买施遥感监测与救援意义重大。介绍了快速反应送感监测系统的结构,灾前预测、灾中灾况信息获取的手段,信息存贮、预处理、传输与初评估方法,灾后损失评估,快速反应能力分析及关键技术和应用效果。该系统也适用于其他灾害及环境监测。

Abstract:The harmfulness of flood is verv serious.Due to its suddenness the fast response of re-mote sensing monitoring and rescue certainly is significant.The paper introduces thestructure of fast responsive remote senquing system,disaster prediction,data acquisitionmethod in the period of flood,data store.preprocessing transmission,primary evaluation,disaster Ioss evaluation,analysis of fast responsibility,key technique and application effec-tiveness. This system is also applicable for monitoring another disasters and environment.
