摘    要:将物料传送与控制系统广泛的运用在工业生产中,有效的解决人工分拣传送成本高、效率低等问题。本文基于可编程控制器PLC和单片机技术,设计出一种多功能物料传送控制系统。该系统在物料稳定传输的基础上,又增添了传送带检测及物体大小判断,分类挑拣,下料台有料超时警报,物料传送带依据系统反馈采取高速运行或低速运行模式等功能。

Abstract:Material transfer and control system is widely used in industrial production, which effectively solves the problems of high cost and low efficiency of manual sorting and transmission. Based on PLC and SCM technology, this paper designs a multi-functional material transfer control system. On the basis of stable transmission of materials, the system also adds the functions of conveyor belt detection and object size judgment, sorting by category, over time alarm of material unloading table, and high-speed or low-speed operation mode of material conveyor based on system feedback.
