| 摘 要： | 随着国家重点工程的竣工,我们在金质工程、金农工程等多项国家重点信息化建设项目的监理过程中,发现要适应档案数量大、种类多、价值高以及保管时间长等特点,必须对档案管理工作进行改进。根据我们以前档案管理的经验并结合金质工程特点,我们总结出了一套档案管理的方法。下面以金质工程为例,采用物联网的方法,对金质工程的档案进行管理。

| Abstract: | With the completion of national key projects such as Jinnong project and Jinzhi project,we found to adapt to the large number of files,many kinds of high value and custody for a long time,so file management must be improved.Based on our previous records management experience combined with Jinzhi project’s characteristics,we summed up a set of file management.We take Jinzhi project as an example to show how to do file management which using the method of the Internet of Things. |
