| 摘 要： | 本文设计了一种以嵌入式 WEB 服务器为核心，采用 B/S 结构的网络视频监控报警系统。该系统以 Intel Xscale PXA270芯片和嵌入式 Linux 系统为开发平台，通过 USB 摄像头采集图像，经处理传送到 WEB 服务器并通过 RJ-45 接口连接至互联网。通过等待浏览器的监控请求，为浏览器监控端提供实时视频图像，云台控制、视频录像、视频回放等操作控制。在被监控端，当传感器检测到报警信息时，系统会自动启动视频录制功能并记录视频信息。该系统具有操作维护简单、体积小巧、性能稳定、报警检测智能等优点。
