| 摘 要： | 摘要：本文针对智能监控系统的功能和特点，并根据软件开发中数据库设计的理论，给出了智能监控系统的数据库的概念设计、逻辑结构设计，最后实现了数据库的建立。本文数据库使用SQLServer2005为数据库开发环境，采用Client／Server开发模式。本系统可以为管理员设置不同级别的权限，实现分级管理。实现实时存储录像文件和报警图片，管理员可以根据图片和录像文件的类型、时间、设备名称和设备位置等信息，来查询所需的图片和录像，方便监控人员查询和确认报警事件。经实际中使用证明，本文所设计的数据库简洁、结构合理、稳定性好、性能高。
