RV减速器运动精度影响因素的分析研究

Analysis and Research on the Influencing Factors of RV Reducer Motion Accuracy

RV Reducer,as a new type of cycloidal pin wheel planetary transmission,has the advantages of large transmission ratio,small volume,high transmission efficiency and stable transmission.In recent years,it has developed rapidly and is also the best choice for some high-precision transmission scenarios.As the most important performance index of RV Reducer,transmission accuracy is the goal of the reducer industry.In this paper,by analyzing the structure and transmission mechanism of RV Reducer,the influencing factors of its motion accuracy are analyzed,and combined with the production and processing technology of mechanical parts,the process of its parts is adjusted to achieve the economic production cost and the ideal motion accuracy.
