| 摘 要： | 利用已有的数据和经验进行洪水预报，通过系统分析方法，利用曙光－１００并行机对正阳关以上九大水库进行并行联合优化调度，以充分发挥大型水库群的联合防洪效益，减轻淮河下游河道洪水压力并为防洪决策人员提供科学的调度依据。
