| 摘 要： | 基于对若干MIS系统的调研结果，总结了需求分析中常见的问题，并根据不同性质的问题提出了一些对策，还对几个优秀的需求分析管理软件进行了分析比较。最后强调了人员素质和团体合作性在需求分析过程中的人文作用。
