| 摘 要： | 语音识别尤其是电话语音识别技术得到了广泛的应用。介绍了用Ｄｉａｌｏｇｉｃ卡采集电话语音，并且采用ＨＭＭ算法框架实现语音识别器，构建一个实用的银行语音服务系统。最后给出了该系统的测试结果。

| Abstract: | Speech recognition, especially the telephone speech recognition technique has been widely put into practice. We have built a telephone speech database covering most of the dialect area using the Dialogic card, and have constructed a voice-activated home banking service system by employing the HMM framework the test results of the system are also given in the paper. |
