| 摘 要： | 阐述了一种在Visual C 6．0平台上开发的实时视频传输系统，该系统在网络上可对视频采集卡采集的图像信息进行广播式和交互式传输。既可直接传输位图，又可先进行压缩后传输。在此系统的基础上，可方便地构建视频会议系统及视频监控系统。

| Abstract: | This article introduces a real-time video transmission system constructed on Visual C++ 6.0. In the network, it can transmit video signal grabed from the video-collect card in broadcasting or alternating way. It can not only transmit the bitmap directly, but also the images after compress. On the foundation of this system, video meeting system and video stakeout system can be built conveniently. |
