| 摘 要： | 采用可视化建模技术UML，根据中共的日常管理，将需求表示为用况，按照类和子系统来创建用况实现并据此实现构件，并将构件集成到每次用况实现集合的增量结果中，提出切实可行的中共党员动态管理设计方案。

| Abstract: | The article adopts visual modeling technology UML ,based on everyday CCP management, expresses the requirement as the use case. According to class and subsystem technology to realize the use case, to realize component, and then the component is integrated to the use case actualization as a result of increment at a time to bring forward the feasible scheme of the CCP dynamic management. |
