| 摘 要： | 提出一种中小型生产企业的供应商评选模型。将构造点值判断矩阵和区间值判断矩阵相结合对方案进行评价分析,在传统层次分析法的基础上增加供应商预评选阶段,选用符合实际需要的评价计算、一致性检验及调整方法确保系统评价的科学性。在某中小型生产企业计算机管理系统上的具体应用证明该模型具有可行性、有效性。
