| 摘 要： | 随着软件复用技术的发展,对构件的分类、存储、管理以及检索的工具的需求越来越迫切。文章介绍了一个能有效实现上述功能的基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的构件库管理系统ＪＢＣＬＭＳ,并叙述了该系统的结构与功能等。
