| Abstract: | In this paper, mobile agent technology is applied to search engines, some critical techniques of mobile-agent-based search engine are studied thoroughly, and a few solutions are given, such as mobile agent's intelligent routing, clone and crawling based on documents' value. And these critical techniques are presented in one of our projects-a mobile agent-based search engine, Finder. Finally, the framework and workflow of Finder are illustrated in details, and show readers the next generation search engine. |
