摘    要:在进行飞思卡尔UF32 Flash存储器用户模式在线编程时,发现Flash阵列上的高电压导致其在读取时发生不稳定的现象,提出一种解决方法。该方法遵循嵌入式软件工程的模块化思想与封装原则,设计通用的擦除与写入子函数。实例证明该方法解决了Flash存储器在线编程时的稳定性问题,且通用性强、编程方便。

Abstract:This paper presents a solution which can conquer reading instability lead by the high voltage on Flash memory array, it is for Freescale UF32 Flash memory In System Program(ISP) of Flash memory in user mode. The method follows modularization thought and encapsulation principle in embedded software engineering, designs universal erase and program subroutines. Example proves that this method resolves the stability problem of Flash memory in system program, and has strong universal property and expediently programming.
