| 摘 要： | 通过对市政，商业，网管，电力，ＧＰＳ监控等地理应用的分析，提出了设计一个面向开发的通用地理信息底层支撑的必要性，并对这个底层支撑－ＭａｐＢａｓｅ应具有的功能加以分析和概括，阐述了ＭａｐＢａｓｅ的结构和内部实现，最后简要介绍ＭａｐＢａｓｅ在实际中的应用。

Through theanalysis of kinds of geography applications, we first point out the necessity of development. Then we conclude the function MapBase musthave. At last,we discuss the structUre and imPlementation of MapBase in detail. This paper also introduce the apply of MapBase briefly. |
