| 摘 要： | 在阐述4层网络架构的基础上，依据语音电子邮件系统的实现原理，提出了基于4层网络架构的语音电子邮件系统模型，并介绍一些关键实现技术。实践证实了该模型的可行性和有效性。

| Abstract: | The paper indicate 4-tiered architecture, and according as the implementation mechanism of voice electronic mail system, it proposes a whole architecture of voice electronic mail system model based on 4-tiered architecture. It also discusses the realization of some critical parts. The practice makes sure voice electronic mail system model based on 4-tiered architecture is viable and effective. |
