| 摘 要： | 研究与建立面向高速宽带业务的新一代运营业务支撑系统(NGBOSS)的模型和框架，应用基于策略的内容计费核心技术，实现可配置的计费平台。利用数字互动媒体业务网关技术，实现新兴数字互动媒体业务的自动受理、生成和部署，以支持端到端的业务自动化。实验结果表明，系统设计达到了指标要求。

| Abstract: | This paper studies and constructs the model and architecture of Next Generation Business Operation Support System(NGBOSS) towards high-speed and broadband services. The core technology of content billing system based on the strategy is studied and a configurable billing system is implemented. The multimedia services gateway is used to make the new digital interactive media services be automatically accepted, generated and deployed, and end to end services can be implemented automatically. Experimental result shows that the system meets the requirement. |
