| Abstract: | Knowledge management (KM) is one of the most important research fields in the knowledge age for present and the future, which is also the powerful method for enterprises to undertake modern management. The paper presents one model architecture of the KM, and detailed discussion of key technologies during the process of facilitating KM. In the end, the paper briefly analyses the challengesand obstacles enterprises may face. |
