摘    要:提出一种基于移动设备的远程医疗监护系统方案,利用通用分组无线服务通信和加密技术,配合单片机进行系统开发。综合考虑服务端、网络传输、手机终端和数据采集端4个部分的设计,达到实时监测、诊断患者心电功能和接收反馈信息的医疗监护效果。介绍该系统的原理,给出数据采集端设计、监控中心软件设计和诊断算法。

Abstract:This paper proposes a remote medical surveillance system based on mobile equipment which uses General Packet Radio Service(GPRS) communication and encryption technology to combine with the development of General Packet Radio Service(GPRS).It considers over service client,network transmission,mobile terminal and data collection terminal synthetically to achieve real-time monitor,diagnose patient’s heartthrob and blood pressure and receive feedback information from service client.The principles and the overall program of the system is introduced.Data collection terminal design,control center software design and diagnostic algorithms are expatiated.
