| 摘 要： | 为满足网络管理系统扁平化的需求，提出一种面向服务的综合网络管理系统。设计包含用户服务运行平台、用户门户、服务设计环境和服务管理系统的面向服务网络管理系统集成框架，引入网络管理接口仿真，以实现网络管理系统的开发和性能评估，利用网络管理仿真环境为上层系统提供实时的网络信息。实验结果表明，该系统能有效完成网络管理任务。
