摘    要:为了能够快速准确地实现对城市轨道车辆转向架的性能测试,搭建了基于虚拟仪器编程语言LabVIEW和PXI总线测试技术的城市轨道车辆转向架测试平台。应用单线程多卡耦合循环软件架构和错误跟踪方法,保证了多数据采集卡的协调运行和测试系统的可靠性;采用双字节整数保存法优化实时数据的存储,消除了硬盘存储瓶颈。实际应用证明,该测试系统适应性强、可靠性高,使用方便、灵活,能够充分满足城市轨道车辆转向架的测试要求。

Abstract:In order to measure the performance of urban track vehicle bogie rapidly and accurately, the measurement platform for urban track vehicle bogie is set up based on virtual instrument programming language of LabVIEW and testing technique of PXI bus. The software architecture of single-thread multi-card coupling cycle and the method of error tracking are introduced to guarantee the coordination of the multiple data acquisition cards working and the reliability of measuring system; the saving method of double-byte integer is adopted to optimize real-time data storing and eliminate the bottleneck for hard disk storing. Results of the actual application show this measurement system has strong adaptability and high reliability and it can meet the demands for measuring the urban track vehicle bogie.
