| 摘 要： | 针对采用引线式测试法进行武器系统参数测试时存在测试装置数字电路逻辑信息无法实时获取的问题,根据存储式测试方法,利用LabVIEW编程软件、NandFlash技术为软硬件平台,构建用于逻辑信息获取与处理的虚拟逻辑分析系统;实验结果表明,该系统能够同步、高效、低误差地实现对32通道的逻辑信息的获取、分析与处理,进而完成在高温、高冲击、高压恶劣环境中测试装置的监控与故障诊断。

| Abstract: | To solving the problem that the digital circuit testing device's logic information couldn't get synchronously when using the wired testing method to get the parameter of weapon system,according to the storage testing method,constructing a virtual logic analysis system that could get and process the logic information based on hardware and software platform of LabVIEW and NandFlash.The result of the test indicate that the system could get the logic information and accomplish the data's analysis and processing... |
