CANopen在工业流水线控制系统仿真的研究

摘    要:工业流水线控制系统是将分布式控制单元统一管理,根据工业现场状况和相应的控制要求,提高运行性能的控制系统;分析了工业流水线控制系统的功能和特点,提出了基于CANopen协议的工业流水线控制系统的设计方案,采用CANoe开发的仿真平台实现了基于CANopen协议的控制策略,致力于建立可靠性高,实时性好的工业控制网络体系结构.最后通过仿真结果和实例验证表明系统设计的合理性与功能设计的灵活性和可靠性.该仿真实验为分布式控制策略的研究提供了面向对象的研究平台.

Abstract:Industrial pipelining control system(IPCS) is the control system that unifies management of distributed control units in order to improve the transportation performance according to industrial field condition and the control requests.The functions and features of IPCS are analyzed,and the design of IPCS based on CANopen protocol is presented,and then control strategy based on CANopen using CANoe simulation platform is implemented.It mainly develops a high reliability and good real time performance architecture of industrial control network system.Finally,the results of the simulation and the example validations indicate that the designed system is sensible and the designed functions are flexible and reliable.This simulation test can be exploited as an object oriented research platform for distributed control strategy researcH.
