交流永磁同步电机控制器的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了矢量控制的原理,并运用TI公司的高性能数字信号处理器TMS320F2811进行三相永磁同步电机空间矢量控制器的设计;设计方案分为硬件设计和软件设计两个部分,硬件设计部分详细介绍了硬件系统设计方案,并提供了编码器电路、电流检测电路、过流保护电路;软件设计部分介绍空间矢量控制算法的设计与实现,对电流环和转速环的控制算法进行了详细说明;通过实践检验,该系统符合设计要求,具有控制精度高、反应速度快等优点.

Abstract:An introduction on the vector control principle is provided. And uses the TI digital signal processor TMS320F2811 to design the Three Phases Permanent Synchronous Motor Controller based on the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation Arithmetic. The design divides into the hardware part and the software part. The hardware part detailed describes the design scheme of the hardware system and pro- vides diagrams of the eneoder circuit, current detecting circuit and the current foldback circuit. The software part introduces the design and implementation of the Space Vector Control Arithmetic, and gives detailed instructions on the arithmetic of the circuit loop and the speed loop. Practice on the real motor proves that the system is accurate, sensitive and coincides with design requirements.
