摘    要:为了减少飞机着陆阶段的飞行事故,基于某型精密进场雷达设计了飞机着陆航迹纠偏监控设备;通过研究某型雷达的回波数据格式和传输要求,在Windows环境下,采用Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0开发工具,用C#语言开发了着陆航迹纠偏监控软件;该软件能实时、自动监控加入着陆航线的多批次飞机的着陆航迹数据,对超出安全着陆要求的飞机按不同着陆等级设置三类告警门限,在超限事件引发严重事故之前,实时提醒地面人员指挥引导飞机切入安全合适的下滑道进行着陆,解决了某型雷达完全依赖人工监视飞机着陆状态的缺陷;同时,软件可对雷达数据包进行实时采集和误差分析,以作为日常飞行训练质量的辅助分析手段和飞行事故的调查依据。

Abstract:In order to reduce the flight accidents in the landing phase, the aircraft landing track correction monitoring equipment is designed based on a certain type of precision approach radar. By studying the echo data format and transmission requirements of a certain type of radar, the landing track correction monitoring software is developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0 development tool and C# language under Windows environment. The software can real-time and automatically monitor the landing track data of multiple batches of aircraft joining the landing route, and set three types of alarm thresholds for the aircraft beyond the safety landing requirements according to different landing levels. Before serious accidents are caused by overrun events, the ground personnel can be alerted in real time to guide the aircraft to cut into the safe and appropriate glide path for landing through ground air communication command. It solves the defect that the original equipment completely relies on manual monitoring of aircraft landing state. At the same time, the software can collect and analyze the radar data packet in real time, which can be used as the auxiliary analysis method of daily flight training quality and the basis of flight accident investigation.
