基于自适应神经网络超声波传感器在受电弓磨耗检测中的应用

摘    要:为了方便有效地检测出电力机车受电弓的磨耗状况,针对我国主型电力机车受电弓的弓面曲线特征,设计了一种利用超声波传感器作为新型受电弓磨耗检测系统,通过模糊神经网络有效算法对磨耗状况做出准确的评估,经过实际试验数据与理论数据分析对比论证了新型超声波传感器检测系统的可行性.

Abstract:In order to measure abrasion of pantograph slider of electric locomotive accurately and expediently,according to the outside curve of pantograph slider of our country's primary electric locomotive,a new monitoring device of abrasion for pantograph slider is designed.After an effective algorithm to make an accurate assessment of the situation,after the actual test data and theoretical analysis and comparison of data demonstrated a new type of ultrasonic sensor detection device is feasible.
