摘    要:配电网自动化和配电GIS实施对电力信息化意义重大,文章分析IEC 61968标准UIB软总线和IEC 61970标准CIM模型的配电网自动化系统软件体系结构,提出基于消息中间件Qpid的实时数据交换接口;讨论C/S及B/S两种模式的优缺点,详细给出桌面版及web版两种GIS实时监控系统的设计和实施效果;系统设计符合配电网相关标准要求,试运行能够满足中低压配电网自动化实时监控系统的通用性、可扩展性和分布式要求,提高电力公司配电管理水平.
